Installation

Room reading:
1. Turn the thermometer on by pressing the 'set' button.
2. Wait 10 seconds for it to read the temperature.

Water reading:
1. Move it through the water to ensure even temperature distribution.
2. Turns on automatically in the water. Wait 10 seconds for it to read the temperature.
3. If the red light is on, the water is too hot (>38°C/100°F), if the green light is on, the water is too cold (<30°C/86°F), if no light is on, the temperature is correct.
4. Add hot/cold water until reaching the desired bath temperature.

How to change the high temperature setting:
The high bath temperature alarm (red light) is set by default at 38°C (100°F), but can be set from 37ºC to 40°C (99ºF to 104°F).
1. Press the 'set' button and hold for 2 seconds.
2. Press the '+' button to set the desired temperature.

How to switch between degrees Celsius (°C) and degrees Fahrenheit (°F):
1. Press the '°C/°F' button to change the unit of measurement.

How to change the batteries:
1. Using a coin, turn the lid in the direction indicated by the 'open' arrow.
2. Place the batteries one after the other in the same position (flat and smooth side facing inwards, top side facing outwards).
3. Close the lid using a coin, turn it in the direction of the 'close' arrow. Check that it is tightly closed.

Tips and tricks

SUGGESTION: The optimal temperature for baby bathing is from 36.5°C to 38°C (97.7°F to 100°F).
CAUTION: always check water temperature manually besides the thermometer.
